… after stepping the mast & setting her sails first time! We had a bit too much wind to hoist the genaker, but the mast and sails do fit perfect.

As you can see, we all seriously enjoyed to see our baby the first time as a real boat.

And while we were rigging #01, #04 and #05 turned up on stage at the production. Including the first B/one going up to Sweden soon!

The fleet is keeping on growing and we are fine tuning the production. The result is awesome.

As so to unveil some details check out the rudder & stock, some hardware on deck and detail of the hiking strap.

We are close to complete the assembly of boat #01. Some production and installation fine-tunings took some time but we are getting there – to have one boat as another of the B/ones. #03 and #04 are already in lamination.

We have used hull #03 to check the trailer supports prior to hot dipped galvanizing.

First we have laid the hull onto the CNC-cradle and stacked the deck on top.

All fits perfect and looks seriously impressive and promising to us.

Beginning of next week we fit the Deckequipment and then we´ll see!

… began! Tomorrow we celebrate the wedding and she will get her deck.

The pre-production of main components has already started.

We will test the first 2 prototypes soon.

Deliveries are planned to start end of May.

Now it is fixed! The 1^st B/one will be launched at the Match Race Germany event from 22^nd to the 28^th of May!

The first chassis of the B/one Trailer is about to get hot dipped galvanized!

Hull Nr. #01 has received the hull liner! Next thing is topcoating - with special care for weight optimum.

The hull liner is modeled into hull #01. Now the finishing work is on to build the first mould.

In the meantime we have built 3 sets of moulds from deck & hull from the master model.

The keel bulbs for our two prototypes are already done.

Deck #01 has PVC Core applied and awaiting next step in lamination.

Models and the first set of moulds have reached the yard coming from Kiel.

The second set of moulds is in construction – models get treated and release agent applied.
